I see people comment in your videos while they're going through tough times. I guess post rock has a way of helping people when they need it the most. I guess I've never felt as low as I do right now and I appreciate the album upload. Good musics hard to find. You make it easier.

I love this band. This album has pulled me through awful times. Abutting dismanting is probably the best song on the album and is in my top 10 best songs ever and this band also introduced me to kafka and Bosch from looking up gregor samsa and jeroen van aken was boshes birth name. Love bands who help me find other artists, poets, films, music, or even science and philosophy.

So here we are, our new album « Crystal » has bloomed, like those beautiful spring flowers 🌸🎼🎻❤️ You'll feel a great nostalgia with this new album, which can be so sad, but so comforting at the same time. Time flies in this life, and we have to cherish every passing moment. One minute we're born, the next we're old and near death. All we're left with then are memories, sometimes tender, sometimes bitter. “Crystal” represents these memories, this melancholy, sad but beautiful, like these magnificent tulips and columbine flowers, which come back to life in spring after a long rest. We wish you a pleasant journey with our new album, and hope you enjoy it!

my mother passed away on february 26 2024... i found this video a few years ago... and somehow i knew back then that i was gonna come back to it when the inevitable happened... anyone that is reading this... please.. hug your parents... one day you wont have them and you are gonna wish you hugged them more that you had. and if you are here and you already lost someone.. well... live a good life to honor our loved ones.

I've seen so many heartfelt comments under these kind of videos. I know this will never be found, maybe not even seen, but I need to say it somewhere. For those sensitive to overdoses or self harm, now's the time to stop reading. I overdosed. I can't remember the month or year. I just know I did. Just some old muscle relaxers my mom had. I didn't want to die, but I was in the depths of self harm. I just wanted to get high, to get away for a while. So I took a shit ton of pills in a desperate attempt to stop thinking. I succeeded, in a way. I sure as hell wasn't thinking. For two or three days I was a zombie. Nodding off, sleeping constantly, barely able to walk. I can barely remember anything about those days off the top of my head. If I think about it, I can remember some things, but it's not enough to piece together a coherent line of events. I just remember being completely off. Like I was just going through the motions, tired and sad and trying not to fall asleep in class. The worst part is, not a single fucking soul noticed. Wait, let me correct myself. People noticed. They had to, there was no way they didn't. They just didn't care. The only ounce of concern or sympathy I got was a teacher asking if I had a headache. So I went through those days alone, vomiting into popcorn bags until there was nothing left but bile, nodding off at the dinner table, nodding off in the backseat. My friends were just frustrated with me because I wasn't paying attention or talking. I was in misery. Selfishly, so selfishly, I wish someone was there to hold my hair back. To tell me everything was going to be ok, to keep me home from school and in bed. There was no one like that, of course. The one person I told after the fact acted as if it was nothing, just told me to be careful who I told. No big deal. It was a big deal, to me. I still haven't told anyone, really. Not even my boyfriend knows. I don't know why this is still so big to me. It's over, it's done. I should be ok, but I'm not. I can still taste the vomit, can still feel how it felt to be so goddamn tired and confused. I just wish I'd had someone. I was a CHILD. Like 12 or 13! I didn't deserve to go through that alone. I know your out there. I know we are out there. I know there is hundreds of maybe thousands like me. Like you. I know we lie awake in bed thinking of these people. Looking for many things. Looking for a soulmate or friend or therapist or anything else you could think of. I know that we know there are nights we all say hello and think of each other. What our interest are or what we like. What our favorite color is. What type of gf/bf we seek. What connection we sought most of all. But most importantly I know that the only thing we truly want above the rest is one person. One person like us. Some have already found one of two or fifty. Some have been looking a long time. I'm still looking for all of those things. A soulmate yes. A best friend who knows my thoughts yes. But above all else I want one person like me. If you read this message and think you're not a right fit for me then ignore that. If your scared of me lying about this message then just know that I am too. If by some chance you read this and relate even one small amount. Talk to me. I don't ask this out of desperation. I have many people I love and care about and are like me. But what I really want is to know for sure that there is many soulmates and befriends that lie awake at night hoping the same thing no matter how stupid it feels. I want to know that at some point at some time that we don't know we said hello to each other in our minds on the same night. So please. Tell me you are that person.
